Acts of Service

Spirituality does not end with insight or understanding. It finds its true meaning in action, compassion, and service to those who need it most.

Along my path, I have felt a clear inner call to support people facing hardship, isolation, or a lack of care. This is why I have chosen to support Navajeevan Trust, in Kottayam, Kerala, India.

Navajeevan provides care and rehabilitation for people experiencing mental illness who have been living on the streets. Its work also includes distributing free meals to patients in government hospitals and helping vulnerable patients who have no one beside them.

Through Acharya Dr. Joy Joseph, I have found a reliable way to ensure that my donations reach Navajeevan. This personal connection allows me to contribute with confidence and to support their work whenever I am able.

I wish to gently share their work here for anyone who may also feel called to help. To learn more about the trust or contact them about ways to support its activities, please visit their official website:

May every act of kindness, no matter how small, bring dignity, care, and hope to those who need it most.

Why this matters to me

Beyond the action itself, this support carries a deeper meaning in my life.

Growing up between cultures and identities, and sometimes feeling that I did not fully belong, helped me understand how essential stability, protection, and human connection can be.

In my own way, supporting people who lack these foundations is an act of generosity and a way of giving back what life has taught me.

We all carry stories. Sometimes, a meaningful way forward is to transform what we have lived through into something that can help others.

If this resonates with you, I invite you to follow your own way of giving—here or wherever your heart feels called.
